If you are currently licensed in Minnesota, obtaining a Wisconsin real estate license is a straightforward process. Our board-approved 13-hour endorsement class satisfies Wisconsin’s education requirement and prepares Minnesota agents to move through the licensing process efficiently and confidently.
You are eligible if:
You currently hold an active real estate license in a state other than Wisconsin.
Your out-of-state license expired no more than two years ago.
Complete The Required Education
Brokers must complete an additional six hours.
Pass The Required Exams
Brokers must pass both the salesperson and broker exams.
