In this fast-paced, 3.75 hour class, learners will be shown the process by which real estate is sold at auction via the Sheriff’s Department or private auction. Auctioneering has been around for centuries. Sometimes, a seller may want to sell a property as quickly as possible. Auctions are the way! We will explore the need of licensure for auctioneers, how to attend/bid at auction and the benefits of buying/selling at auction!
