We are a locally owned school, knowledgeable in Minnesota laws. Our staff is located in our building at 2489 Rice Street, Suite 85 in Roseville. We are not a ‘click here’ email “contact us” or an out-of-state customer service representative call center. Whether you are speaking to one of our instructors, our administrative team members, the supporting staff writers or course developers, all our team members are knowledgeable in the new laws and the reporting through the Pulse Portal website.

We are a locally owned school based in Roseville, Minnesota. Our instructors bring an average of 19 years of real estate experience to the classroom.
When you attend The Realty School, you interact directly with our administrative team — real local professionals who understand Minnesota real estate. We regularly update our course materials, typically twice per year, to reflect changes in laws and industry practices. Our materials are organized in binders, allowing us to replace outdated content quickly and keep information current.
We offer flexible scheduling. If you miss a class, you may easily reschedule. Students may retake any course they have paid for at no additional cost for up to six months.
